About
Terlesky Braithwaite Janzen
TBJ and its predecessor firms have been serving clients in the central interior of British Columbia and Alberta since 1978. Over the years the name of the firm has changed several times, from 1978 to 1982 it was Curtis, Terlesky & Company. In 1982 Ron Terlesky became a sole practitioner operating as R.B. Terlesky & Company. In February of 1990, Murray Braithwaite joined the practice and the firm was renamed Terlesky, Braithwaite & Co. In March 1997, Jeff Janzen became a partner and the firm was again renamed to Terlesky Braithwaite Janzen (TBJ). The firm was started in Mackenzie, B.C., a small community located 180 km north of Prince George. In 2000, TBJ acquired another local accounting firm in Prince George and established the Prince George office. In 2004 the Prince George firm McNeill & Co. joined TBJ, as well as the practice of Robert Robson in 2005, making TBJ one of the largest CGA firms in the Province.
